Want to return your order? No problem! You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charge). Items that you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you receive them.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that have perfume or other scents, have been worn, marked with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, oil stain, etc. All returned items must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging with the all tags attached.
*Please note items that are on sale are not eligible for return. You may exchange the same product in a different size or colour if stocks are available. On sale items normally run very low stock. We will try our best to assist you.
How to return an item
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the returns form filled in with the relevant information.
Please return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please make sure you retain your proof of return until you have been credited for your returned items.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received and will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days subject to bank clearing times.
What if my item is damaged?
If in the unlikely event that your items are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the items. We will aim to sort this problem as soon as possible.
If you the items you receive are without swing tags, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the items.
Can I have an exchange?
We offer exchange of the same product in a different size or colour if stocks are available. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order. Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged item. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
We are not able to process exchanges to different items just yet! If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we'll happily process a refund for you.
