We have updated our returns service to limit contact and make it easy for you. If you wish, you now can request a returns label to be included in your order.
- Please write 'Include a Returns Label' in the 'Notes' section at check out.
- If you wish to return, please attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at any Royal Mail post box (contact less). There is no need to speak to staff or obtain proof of delivery.
- A fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your return if you use this service.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases. All returned items must be in resalable condition
- Be unused/ not worn
- Be unwashed, not worn
- Have no make-up, fake tan, body lotion or other marks
- Have no smell of perfume or deodorant
- In the original packaging with original tags attached
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy, they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
How to return an item
1. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the returns form filled in with the relevant information.
2. Please return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage. Please keep your proof of return until you have been credited for your returned items. Please note that you need to pay the return cost yourself.
Please note if you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you so please check the date before returning your item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned product we normally inspect and process the refund within 2-3 working days. The exact time it takes for you to receive the money back depends on your payment method and is subject to bank clearing time.
What if my item is damaged?
If in the unlikely event that your items are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the items. We will aim to sort this problem as soon as possible.
If you the items you receive are without swing tags, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the items.
Can I have an exchange?
For exchanges, please return your items for a refund and place a new order with the items you wish to have.
